Conference Registration Policy

  1. Registration Fees

    Full payment of the registration fee is required to confirm participation in the conference. The fee covers access to all sessions, conference materials, and any included meals or refreshments as specified in the conference program.

  2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

    a. Cancellations more than 60 days prior to the event:
    - If a cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the event, a refund of the registration fee will be provided, minus a non-refundable administrative fee of €250.
    - The refund will be processed within 30 business days following the receipt of the cancellation request.

    b. Cancellations between 30 days and 60 days prior to the event:
    - If a cancellation is made between 30 days and 60 days, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
    - The refund will be processed within 30 business days following the receipt of the cancellation request.

    c. Cancellations within 30 days of the event:
    - For cancellations received within 30 days of the event, no refunds will be issued.
    - Substitutions of participants may be permitted, but must be communicated in writing at least 10 days before the event

  3. Cancellation of the Event by the Organizers

    In the unlikely event that the conference is canceled or postponed by the organizers, registrants will be offered a full refund of the registration fees. The organizers will not be liable for any other costs or expenses, such as travel or accommodation.

  4. Modifications
    The organizers reserve the right to modify the event program, venue, or date if necessary. In such cases, registrants will be notified as soon as possible, and refund policies may be adjusted accordingly.
